When to arrive

If you are planing to take the intensive Spanish prep courses, you should arrive at least the day before the Spanish courses start. If you are not taking the Spanish prep courses you should arrive one or two days before the general orientation for the GIC Argentina study abroad semester program. If you are not fully confident in your Spanish abilities, we recommend the one or two month intensive Spanish courses before your semester study abroad program starts to get acclimated.

Academic Credits

The amount of academic credit you can receive for your study abroad semester program in Argentina depends on the policies of your home university. The university will issue a transcript that you can use to transfer academic credit from your college or university. The transcript will contain the courses you took, the total number of hours, and your grade. The transcript will be signed by a university authority.

Program Registration

2. After we receive your registration form, we will send you instructions on how to pay the US$75 registration fee.
