GIC Argentina Goes Green
GIC Argentina is going green! At GIC Argentina we understand that we only have one Earth and we want to do our best to take care of her, so we’ve worked hard to make our office more eco-friendly. Some of the greatest threats to future resources come from things we throw away everyday.
Green Changes:
- We have replaced most of our office and classroom lamps with fluorescent lights
- We have reduced the amount of paper used in all aspects of our operations
- We no longer send paper brochures on the mail, we have replaced them for PDF
- We have replaced the paper towels in our bathrooms with cloth towels that we wash with eco friendly detergent
- Our staff often brings lunch to work in reusable containers to avoid take-out packaging waste
- Some of our staff members are encouraged to telecommute
